Our monthly maintenance plans are designed to cover a wide range of home care needs, ensuring your home remains in top condition. It includes 3 hours of dedicated service each month for tasks such as HVAC filter replacements, fire alarm and CO2 detector checks, crawlspace inspections, pressure washing, and aesthetic improvements such as hanging photos or paintings. We also offer additional services upon request.

Can I customize my maintenance plan based on my home's needs?

Absolutely! We understand that every home and homeowner has unique needs. Our maintenance plans are fully customizable, enabling you to select the services that best fit your home’s requirements. During our initial inspection, we will work with you to identify and prioritize tasks to ensure your home receives the care it deserves.

Can I request services that are not listed in the common services?

Yes, we strive to accommodate special requests outside our list of common services. If you have a specific task in mind, please discuss it with us. We will evaluate the request and let you know if it falls within our scope of expertise or if we can recommend a trusted specialist from our network of professional referrals.

What happens if a repair or task requires more time than allocated in the monthly plan?

If a task exceeds the allocated time in your monthly plan, we will first communicate the situation and provide an estimate for the additional time and costs involved. You have the option to approve the extra work to be completed during the same visit or to schedule it for a later date.
